Oregon Rap

Hey, I just thought I'd post a Rap song here on Gearslutz. I notice that the majority of mp3's posted are band oriented. Though the few rap songs I hear are pretty good. I just recently I listened to "In My Cadillac" which was posted recently. Very pristine quality stuff. I was orginally tempted to post an R&B/Pop song, but I'm a bit wary of the vocal within the song. She sounds good live, but I just have a gut feeling that tells me not to.

For this rap song, this was one of the more wierder productions I did. The mixing was one of the crazier things I've done with regards to rap. I lot of pushing and pulling on the faders. The track layout was all skewed. I'm glad I keep good track sheets!

The group I am showcasing is Triple Double. After listening to the song, you can easily deduce that they are from the state of Oregon. Very cool guys.

Anyway, I'm eventually gonna get this one rock song nailed. I've posted it like 4 times here on Gearslutz. Oh well.
