I think it's mixed very well and the band is good too. Maybe a bit too maximized. So what are some particulars? Preamps on vocals, DAW, software etc...

I like the synth part at the end. It's kind of busy the rest of the time though. I think the vocal parts could be made more interesting; parallel harmony (let alone the same melody an octave apart) is best used in small doses. It is a good melody though, sung well, with good voices. There is something lacking that's hard to pin down - maybe too much compression/limiting, a lack of dynamics. The drums sound programmed; maybe that's what's bothering me. It's mixed well; you can hear everything.

I would be intrigued to hear the pre compressed and limited version.

Don't be a Luddite Todd, you can find a free download and hear the file in less than 5 minutes. Although I gotta say, I find the presumption that everyone has, or should have, itunes irritating as well. I don't own an ipod or an iphone either; big trendy fads annoy me. But that's no reason to post an ad hominem attack

I don't know. I use Yamaha HS80's, and I am not hearing any overly obnoxious limiting distortion, but it is lacking something - likely dynamics -and it could be overly compressed during mixing. I just get the feeling that something has had the life squashed out of it - maybe the drums. Like I said, all the elements are crystal clear, the vocals are well recorded and sound great (aside from the artistic opinion I earlier voiced), but something is missing. Perhaps you could post this thread in the mastering section - some of those guys might be better at diagnosing this sort of issue.
