CLIP: Toy instruments and too much time on my hands

Toys 81 - Putfile.com

Mics used were an OktavaMod Mk-319 and a Blue Bluebird. Just EQ during mixing (mostly high passing). Mastered with Izotope Ozone. What you hear is a toy piano, three tracks of shakers and two tracks of toy accordion. This is the result of a toy store shopping spree yesterday.

The best part is that if this were played by an 80s metal band, it would kind of sound legit. I think so anyway.

Enjoy!

Troy is a big dork!

Anyways, I couldn't get the mp3 to play - I don't want to install anymore activeX stuff either so please provide us with a real mp3 - not the embedded crap.

i hate to agree with troy, because he's quite the c***, but he is right. the ahem, song, is just an adventure into silliness, but not as cool a silly billy meander as lets say arcade fire or the shins etc would do, where they would at least make it cool and musical.

Sounds like toy instruments and too much time on your 3-year old daughter's hands...
