considering quiting, PLEASE HELP!!!!

im so frustrated and tired of hours of doing what i think will improve my mix and sound but it turning out worse than before. i know its possible to get a decent mix with the stuff i have, which is not much. please critique and help out with any ideas on how to acheive some fullness, depth and good all around mix. not this empty spacey mix i have now

i don't disagree, it's great and important to have good treatment. i have treatment i move around for either recording or mixing but i got lazy for a while and mixed 2 tracks without treatment in the room and was actually very happy with what i got, in fact 1 of them is finished. i don't attribute it to no treatment since i use Genelec 8040, ipod headphones, Sony MDR7509 headphone & computer speakers and reference all of them a lot which i think is far more important than room treatment

YMMV a lot
