| Critique this sample mix for our band. This is a sample mix our band has put together and we would like feedback on what everything sounds like to you guys. So let us know what you guys think, and if you have any suggestions please post them. Thanks. The song is called "Welcome to Insanity". Here is the link: SoundClick artist: JB of Stack Of Noises - Metal band that plays originals as well as a few covers. |

| Gear addict | Could use some love... The guitar sounds direct to me, or maybe a mediocre amp sim. The drums aren't bad, the kick needs more click, and the snare more snap, and they're really just being drowned in guitar. Overall the mix is a bit muddy, and could use brightening... maybe pull some low mids, and on individual tracks bring the high end back in?
