Hey there,

Thumbs up METAL UP YOUR ASS!!!!!

This is my favorite type of music. These two songs rock. I like them both, although I think the first one is a better song. The sound of the tunes is good also. Did you do this at LSD studios? Keep up the great work......peace.

Guitars were ESP with EMG (89 in HB-Mode) reamped thru biasmodded 5150 into marshall v30 cab (thank you Glenn). miced with 2 sm57 in on/off-axis config.

the off-axis mix around 6dB lower in volume.

Drums are Sonor force 2003 sampleaugmented.
Miced with

Neumann km184, tlm193
shure sm57, sm7,
audix d6, d2
AKG 414XLII
Beyer m160

Awesome mix! "Desire Calls" kicks ass. Definitely cool stuff.
Was the Sm7 for the bottom snare?

no, top and bottom have both been 57s. the sm7 was on hihat....it's my new hats-favorite by the way, used to use 184 or 451, but for heavier stuff I like the middy grind the sm7 provides on the hats.

Thanks. Ride is the Beyer m160 (and the km184 overheads obviously)
