Thread Starter | How to promote Music on the Internet....
Hi everyone.... As a musician and songwriter... I wanted to start a thread asking people to contribute ideas on how to promote your music on the web ethically (I.E without spamming a thousand myspace pages). Perhaps there are ways that others out there can share.... Now, we all know that touring is the most effective way to get a true fan base. However, what are the ways that others have tried to get attention from fan bases on a global level.... Please share concepts... Ill go first.... Like me personally... I go direct... Since Myspace has that "I dont accept friend requests from bands thing" I simply to searches based on "New to myspace" this way the person usually hasnt been bombarded with Band requests..... Okay now you ... |
