First recording ever, (hard rock)

This isnt finished yet, but I put it on a myspace page until I get a better version..then ill replace it...but youll get an idea where Im at...gonna finish vocals this week.

That's pretty impressive for your first recording and with lower end equipment to boot. Guitar sounds are impressive. Did you use a sound replacer for the drums? Keep up the good work.

no those are the actual drums, however I do need to get soundreplacer and make some really good samples with my buddy's kit just in case I ever need to use it. I want to try to stray away from Soundreplacer only if theres a special reason I need it, if I get carried away with it, ill never learn the right way to get good drum sounds.

oh and the guitar sounds were done with my Dual Rectifier and Diezel Einstein..its so easy to get good sounds with the Diezel...great amp.
