Feeback on rock mix

This song was tracked and mixed in my studio so any outside opinions would be much appreciated.

Thank you,
Rob

Here's the remix with the kick and snare up more in the mix...

Hello,

Nice job. But here, I'm no expert...but just a good listener. First, the recording sounds nice and clean...which is great. But...the drums sound a bit too much in background...a bit 70ish (like Kansas). The vocals are a bit too upfront...basically the band sounds too "local". But a bit of tweaking will remedy this. I am impressed on the clean recording. You must have a great sounding room. Very good job. Believe me...my mixes are not great...so I'm not pretending to be Bob Clearmoutain. Keep it up

Cool.
The snare and the kick could be a little more up in the mix.
Nice job.

By the way...I love the Kansas drum sound.
Wicked drummer and band!

Great feedback guys, thank you!

I actually pushed the drums a bit back, i'm going to move them the way they were.

I will also push the vox back too and repost.

Much appreciated.

Don't push the vox back!
They could actually come up a tad.

Cheers,
Roxxon

hmm... very odd voice- not sure exactly how a voice like that is supposed to sound, but i think it could use a cut somewhere. sounds a little muddy somewhere in the midrange.
