Hmm, well the mix sounds pretty good. Did you add any verb at all to it? A little touch, barely audible, would add a nice sense of space. Also, I'd try centering the acoustic guitar.

To be honest, it seemed to me that the key of the song was a bit high for the vocal range, I'd recommend dropping it by 1 or 2 semitones, assuming the guitar is capo'd which it did sound like. Cheers
