Rock instrumental: Leslie's back - Phenomena

Hello,

I recorded my firends playing their original tune called Phenomena. I would be greatfull to hear some comments about the song and the sound. The recording was made in oldschool fashion. The band played live, we made a mix and recorded it straight to 2 track tape recorder - so analog all the way through. There are no compressors or any other sound procesing - straight from mics to tape.

I only have a Youtube link, so I hope it's not a problem:

Thanks

Hi, thanks
Tape recorder is Studer C37 and the mixing console is Studer 169

Maybe the overall sound in right channel is a bit louder (have to fix that)

That machine looks and sound seriously badass. Perfect combo with the console. Nice setup!

Some part of the gain staging farts out on loud kicks, but I can overlook that for all the genuinely nice things this recording has to offer.
