mixing - needs your oppinion

hi evrebody. please tell me what is wrong here? this is my first mixing and it looks that there is not enough compression on kick and dynamics at all

I think you´ve misunderstood some audio engineering basics. Compression
doesn´t improve dynamics or the sound of a kick in most cases. If you use compression you have to learn a lot about how it works in every detail. Otherwise it will impair your overall sound quality in terms of the dynamics.
Percussive instruments - and the kick is one of them - needs - if any - for instance longer attack settings. If not you´ll "kill" all the transients and with this all the "life" and feel of this instrument. This it what happened with your song and dynamics. Think about this. I would suggest to disable all compression you used (and I think you use too much and wrong by now...the songs is pumping...puhh). Then choose and adjust your compressors very carefully. But first of all learn a lot more about the use of compression here on GS. There are endless great threads about this issue.
