No, there's a SLIGHT fuzz, from mp3 quality vs wav, but that's it. It's hardly noticeable though. Is is really distorted for you?

Some reasons....low-fi mike, distortion on the kick....overall limiting....artifacts....sorry..sounds not good.

There are snapping or cracking artifacts unless my ears are completely mistaken.
