Some serious help needed

This one is driving me nuts. To be honest, there isn't one single instrument that I'm completely happy with. Well, perhaps the acoustic guitars. But feel free to bash them as well!

It would be great to get some input on this.

not exactly my kind, but.....
guitars are great.....
what about some bright verb on the snare, and maybe some careful LPF to give that bass a little more clarity???
