Hi.. Welcome.

I like the overall perc feel to the start of the tune. I don't get much of a feel of structure progression with the tune, it kind of sounds like a demo tune you might get for a synth (many of which i really dig, but this is opposed to feeling like a song).

I think you need a small bit of swing or groove to the main kick / hat / snare pattern as it does feel very atari / computer gamey tight.

I really like the perc at the very start and the first 20 secs remind me of the Knight Rider theme tune!!!

I really dont like the string sound and part of its melody begins to grate after a while.

Although my comments might seem harsh or negative I actually really do like the piece. There is something that compells me to listen to it - cant quite put my finger on it though - maybe its the simplicity and spaciousness.

Good luck.

Sofine,

I guess you could say that Im relatively new to this stuff, although I am progressing. I do not feel you are too harsh, on the contrary. Great feedback. You are right about the demo feel to it. It was just something I threw together that I tried to master myself as I am trying to teach myself mastering and mixing.
I gotta look into that swing, I swear that I can never really detect it. I only seem to notice it when the notes are continuous 32nd notes or something like that. But thanks for the feedback!
