hmm, the snare sounds like if it's a midi sample which is having phase problem at the same time.
the whole kit sounds to me very unnatural. I would suggest to use something more natural, like SSD or superior drummer.

Well the kit is a SSD Metal Heads for all tons an kicks. But I do have one Slate kick 11 and slate snare 14. I'll try something different and repost.

Besides mixing, it's kinda glitching a lot, like I can hear some random hits with hihat, some snares and kicks sound off the beat.

For example, I just spent 15 minutes programming and mixing a few beats with SSD just for the purpose of demonstrating my point. I'm not saying it's top notch awesome best drums in the world, considering the time I had, but the fact is I can hear snare, kick and other stuff punchy and in balance with each other. I use SSD a lot, so I know for sure these drums will fit in my mix perfectly.

Use batch export in Kontakt player, route every drum element(snare, hihat etc) on individual track, record it and start mixing. Usually these samples don't need a lot of EQ and comp, but you can play with it. Pan it a little bit, add some sparkle to the snare, make kick punchy. Use some parallel compression.

Nice issue is the band dident have the budget to pay for me to edit all their songs. So I turned all the drums into midi and some I used SLate trigger. I do like the Toms and kick, but it's the snare and Overs I don't care for. The drummer really likes a group called MaƱa. And the band has this snare sound that almost sounds like this one. So he wants to keep it.
