How do I get that Radio-Bump sound?

Recently listened to this song by Forgive Durden

It reminds me of one of those bumpers radio stations use to tie songs together.

How can I replicate this sound?

I'm not sure what exactly you're after, but that dense and quite squashed radio sound you could get from Orban Optimod easily
