Couple of things I would do. 1.)Acoustic sounds a little loose on the high end,if you roll it off on the high end a little it will be more cohesive sounding and still retain the feel. 2.)Vocals sound dry when moving to louder sections. You could get real creative with some delays, reverb tails and over all reverbs in that area(with effect automation in your DAW),verses sound great in that respect. 3.)Some tasty harmony(maybe female?) in the right areas would greatly enhance the vocal. MHO Nice work though.

It also sounds like you've got the acoustic panned hard left with a delayed version panned to the right. I'd rather hear that guitar double tracked, if that's at all possible, rather than the delay. The guitar at the beginning is a touch strong for my taste, but that could just be me. Good work.

The whole song floats when it gets rolling so a maybe bring up that keyboard part some, lower and darken the acoustic and then adding more reverb to the vocal would set it back in the mix a touch.
