The first analog experience

Well, this was the very first thing i recorded when i bought my ATR-80 2".
No dolby and no post processing. Everything straight to tape, mostly live and few overdubs later. Mixed to 1/4". Tell me what you think.

Cheers

Nice! I like the guitar tones! Tape just makes it sound more authenthic,
especially for the vibe going on here.

Thanks! I recorded the guitar straight in the board. No amp. Only on the final solo i used a Fender Twin.

Unbelievable! Really bluesy and funky sound, good job! I also like how the instruments are panned in the song, gives it personality and character.

Yowzers! I love the sound of that!

Nice tune also, and I like the vid in black and white too.

Thanks for the link.

Ver nice! It's kind of interesting to watch the meters and figure out what's on what channels. Ultimately I'd really like to go this direction, but it ain't gonna happen any time soon. Definitely very nice guitar tone for straight in.

Think it sounds dope man - the drums are really fat with the bass - wow!
