Flegedling engineer would greatly appreciate any opinions on song and mix

Hello fellow slutz
This is my Band Loosejaw's 3rd finished cut for our up coming debut record , its mixed, but not yet mastered...

We like this track, but its a little tounge and cheek and not meant to be taken too seriously :-)

This is slated to be the final track on the cd appropriatley entitled farewell.

Anything you guys have the time to wanna say or think about i this song and mix would be greatly appreciated, i find all the input from you all so invaluable.

Cool vibe, like the drummin, the guitars have maybe a tad to much mids (but this is really kinda matter of taste!) let me know when your CD is out.

Ok, just my opinion but here it goes..

It's got a decent sound, I might make the snare a little bit crackier (is that even a word ?), the vocals seem a bit low of course these are personal prefs. I wouldn't might hearing a bit more cut through on the guitars. Just a bit more bite..

Otherwise I can't think of anything really pressing. I think I get the vibe your going for and it's just about there. Actually now that I think of it if the mastering guy adds a bit of top to the mix it might solve the issues I'm thinking about.

Cool song. Cool mix. Keep up the good work!
