hardcore / rock and roll 1 day project

just want to know what people think of this:

back ground: 1 day (8 hours) project we did two tracks:

tracked largely through DAV pre's and mixed in the box:

any advice etc

i think i want drums to sound bigger in general but i allways try and get a more balanced kit sound as opposed so just kick and snare which i find a lot of rock / hardcore production is.
