I like "after the pain" but i wish there was a legit chorus in the song. I feel like it goes by too fast and that would stretch it out and give it a hook. Cool track though.

thanks, yeah, we're pretty lazy when it comes to hooks. we usually just bang out a song and move on to the next.

vocal chain

it's an AKG C3000B into a shitty behringer mixer. all the processing was in the box.

edit: i forgot, "hip hop" was recorded on an AKG C414

i like it

i like skillful approach and the one after it-----they sound more natural--the first one (pain) sounded a little too poppy for my tastes, and the sluts one is a little gimmicky for me, but i like the delivery on all of them----all the rappers had cool voices and flow---i like

thanks man. i feel the exact same way about those songs, although i love my homie Tony's lyrics on After The Pain (first guy). "sometimes you gotta think deep to realize you shallow"...so ill. and ladies LOVE the united sluts song. but i tend to like our battle songs a lot more.

btw i'm the first guy on ice age & stasis and third on skillful approach.
