Feedback On A Short Alt/Rock Instrumental!

Hey all,
I haven't been posting here that much lately, but I thought I'd start. :D

I just want some general feedback on my mix of this short alt/rock instrumental. Anything I could improve on, etc. I'm trying to get better so any feedback helps.

Hope to hear from you guys!

to me it sounds overally pretty nice.
Seem to loose a bit of clarity when all the guitars get in, also the hat/cymbals get a bit disturbing and the snare gets a little down
i would get rid of some mud in that part and make some space for the single elements to breath a little more, as it has kinda "airy" feel...
but this is just to split hairs... overally think it's ok!

i hear some rattle in the left guitar in the intro, maybe eq that out of it's possible
The Hi-hat is a bit too loud when the guitars get in, but if it's in the snare mic is probably hard to fix.
I think the drums sound good could use a little more pounding on the snare drum when the guitar kicks in, maybe add a little sample there?

Thanks guys!

Yeah I agree about the hats being a bit loud after the guitars come in. A lot of the level from the hi-hats IS coming from the snare mic though :/

I'm going to post a 2nd mix of this pretty soon, so I'll see what I can do.

I plan to give the snare more attack and try some different compressors and eq and see if that helps it cut through the mix more with the guitars.

Hopefully I won't have to sample lol >_<.
