what do you think of these mixes

i just started this myspace site and posted these 4 tracks, they are not done yet but works in progress. I just wanted to know what you gearslutz thought about them. Any help would be greatly appreciated, im still learning. Try and Get Away are the ones im most interested in feedback on thanks. but ill take anything at this point.

are there technical problems with my myspace. it works fine for me but its on my computer. let me know if its not playing for some reason. im just trying to figure out why i havent got any responces. just looking for some help here.

just pretty much if it sucks or not, a mix critique pretty much. im pretty new to mixing and just wanted to know what some of you with more seasoned ears think. thanks. brutal honesty is fine with me. i mixed it all itb i have a mbox.

The mixing is allright for what it is I guess, the songs are pretty bad though. They need a lot of production work to be honest.


For being mixed on an Mbox it sounds decent.

thanks djui i appreciate the honesty. i do the best i can with a crappy room. and the little gear i have. and the best songs i can write at this time. i learn more everyday. hey have you ever heard of a band named brill street from the phoenix area they also went as magnatype for a short while.
anyways thanks for taking your time to try and help me.

I think I've heard of them. Whenever I hear brill street, I think of Chaton Studios (also called brill street chaton studios), but I seem to remember a band also. I think my fiance might have booked them when she was booking? Who knows.

U know them?
