Pop-punkish song -- mixing critique needed

So far this is just an instrumental. I haven't got the time to move on to the vocals yet. I plan on starting them Monday.

Let me know what you guys think of the mix and what needs to be done to it as it is now (levels, panning, eq, more/less compression, verb, etc).

All instruments are original tracks... no samples.

Drums - Premier Artist Birch jazz kit (20" kick, 10" & 14" toms, 14"x4.5" snare) -- AKG D112 in kick soundhole, EV RE-20 on resonance head, SM57 on top and bottom of snare, AKG C-414 as overheads, Sennheiser MD421 on toms, Neumann U87 on room.
Amps - Orange Rocker 30, Orange AD30, Marshall JCM 800 2205 (1986) -- all ran through a Mesa 2x12 cab with Vintage 30s and was miked with one Unidyne SM57.
Guitars - Gibson LP standard, G&L ASAT Classic, Gibson SG Standard
Acoustic - Martin DC16-GTE -- Neumann U87 on the soundhole, AKG C-414 on the body
Bass - Fender American Jazz bass -- Passive D/I
