drums are bfd 2 except overheads, ride, hihats and china, guitars mesa triple rectifier and 4 mics, bass is sansamp bass driver di and sansamp rbi parallel through a split box, vocals u87ai through a 1178 replica and everything through api 512 pres. mixed itb on pro tools le / digi002.

Very cool song man. I really like it. The guitars sound awesome. Very cool arrangement. Solid for sure. The only suggestion i would have would be to either bring the guitars down or the vocals up in the verses. The guitar part in the verse doesn't seem to need to be as over powering at that point. Other then that though, i really like this alot! Very well done.

yeah, thats the way it was initially, but the verses sounded a bit empty in my ears, so i decided to leave the guitars the way they are. btw, guitar recording chain was this: gibson sg standard -> ibanez tubescreamer ts9-> mesa triple rectifier -> mesa rectifier cab -> 4 mics (akg c414 xls, sennehiser e 609, beyer m201tg, shure sm57 w/ tab funkenwerk mod) -> 4x api 512c micpre in a lunchbox -> focusrite isa428 a/d into digi002 via adat. in mix i only used waves api 560 eq to give a bit of air and thin out a bit of the low end.
