Thread Starter | the dead hobo and his dog I recorded these tonight. My studio is in my basement and I moved my guitar amp back into my 12'x12' finsihed studio room because the winter is on and the heater is running alot. It has been outside my studio door in the main, unfinished basement. But the noise that the hot water heater, washer/dryer, are making are bleeding worse into the mic than if I brought it in the studio. this makes all instruments within a few feet of my vocal/harp mic. So, having a semi hollowbody guitar, guitar amp, snare drum, bass drum, ride cymbal, voice, and harp, all going at once leads to an interesting puzzle in mic placements for sure! Walter the dead hobo and his dog relieve the stress of the world
