My guess is it's her first time recording anything. I think she needs coaching, because she is rushing the lines... and other problems. Maybe she needs a better beat or click track to follow. Or perhaps her headphones were really crappy? Bad headphones could explain a lot.

Great singer (despite the aforementioned flaws), nice arrangement. As far as constructive criticism goes, the vocal sound strikes my ears as being a tad crisp. What mic and pre do you use? Did you use a compressor? It sounds like it has the distortion you can get when you compress aggressively with a fast release.

For the most part sounds good, off time certain parts, she needs to get her breathing better. That may help her in the timing. But other than that sounds good.
