I think that's really cool. I can't understand why no-one has given you any feedback. It's got a real 80's vibe a la humanleague with some interesting vocals. I like the mc. Could be a hit with the right mix.

I didn't mean the mix wasn't good but there's a small dip about 2.40 could be my girlfriend's speakers though.

Thanks Butterfly, What's your thoughts on the vocals? Do you like the distorted FX, are they clear enough? Also is it the whole mix that you think has a dip, can it be rectified in mastering? Where about's in the UK are you?

Hey Randy, no it hasn't been mastered yet.... I know what you mean about some things being bigger though. Anything specific in the mix you would make louder? Thanks Matt F

HEY Matt. I'm up in Glasgow. It sounded like a dip but as I am currently unable to get internet at my place, I can't listen through my monitors. One of the other good chaps on this forum should be able to alert you to any serious flaws in the mix. The vox fx sound great. I deffinitley couldn't advise you on the mastering side of things however.

During the choruses the song looses some flavor. The stereo image isn't as wide, whici isn't really a problem but there's no center to pull the song along. The vocal effect is cool, but maybe you could do a copy of the original vocal. Effect the copy like you have it now, but leave the original in the center with minimal effects..maybe a little verb or something. Also the level between the verses and choruses remains the same, if not even dropping a little in the choruses. This is not good. You want the choruses to be louder than the verses, they should drive more and be more exciting. Right now the choruses are a touch more boring than the verses. Make the clap's really loud..so they kinda supprise you, but not too loud of course.

In the verses, maybe bring up that synth/guitar? line that sit's really low. This will make the verses a little more exciting.
I agree with all of that...one thing that kind of bothers me is the flanger effect on the chorus...I think it makes the lyrics too hard to understand IMO...to the point where I have no idea what they are. Good tune though. I listened to it several times. Good luck....I'd like to hear it when you're finished...send me a link
