Oh for those that are interested, drums were done using Stylus RMX, bass with Trilogy, piano was the White Grand through EXS24. Vocals (me) were recorded using a Rode K2 with a little bit of compression on the way in.

Both the pianist and the vocalist were slightly toasted during the recording of this idea...

Damn the White Grand sounds really good, maybe a little thin but this is good for a sample piano.

Good song, like the mix and how the vocals are mixed. Yeah not bad man.

Thanks for the responses! I'm aware that the vocals clash - it's just due to me singing badly but i'll take more care over them when i post the finished idea. I'm quite pleased with how the virtuals instruments are sounding.

Sorry to inform you, virtual instruments is the road to hell... Stop that! Instead pick up the fender Jazz and sing in to the moon.

Look at this boy, he used to use to many instruments, now his caught in an infinite loop of bundle software’s This is a very sad story, warning: http://www.evileyedcherry.com and http://www.evileyedcherry.com/himmelstrutz/index.php
