Rock/Hardcore Mix

Any thoughts. Not sure how I feel about this. The band is happy but I don't know if I am. Anyway let me know what you think.

jesus christ...
dude,...
that mix sounds pretty badass. you did a great job...i like the antares on the chorus vox

but um,...
can you please tell that fu** band to stop aking music.
i never put others down,...but in this case,..i MUST

i'm from wheeling, WV,..and i've seen too many fu** "swoops" too many girls jeans on guys, too many horrible screamers from that fu*** tri-state area,...
i fu**** hate those kids,... they've ruined fu*** music.
when i started screaming in bands, i was playing with hawthorne heights, and noone would accept either of us,...
fall out boy was nowehre near big,...then the emo fu** thing took off,..
now everyone and their fu*** mom from small towns wants to scream and palm mute

get the fu**** over it.
the world went form having some decent cool bands,...to these kids overpopulating the music scene with fu**** bullsh**

Well thanks man. I agree with the everything you're saying, just happens to be a big chunk of the bands I record are like that. I'll take it over nothing though.
How about this one. Its a bit more rock. It was for a compilation that we did, 18 bands, we did 3 bands a day every weekend in Jan. each had 3 hours. Anyway...

second one was decent,..i liked your work on the first better.

my only criticisms would be,..
i think you need a more "metal" kick, some snap, and bring it up in level.
the cymbals must also need a bit of definition,..attack, and ossibly brought down in the mix.
if anything else,..possibly throw a sample under the snare to ad some more "quick snap"

just my opinion. still sounds good.

The vocals are just wayyyy out of tune. I'm sure beyond fixing.
Plus the mp3 upload is making this near un-judgable.

Yeah mp3 on myspace is pretty badly.
Think do im with the person above me about the voice. But the thing that has more my attraction. Drums/gitaar men sounds really great. BUT, the cybals are for me way over dynamic men. I would almost limit/compress a bid here.
For the rest, rock on i like it!
