So my amp blew and I had to mix it on cans. How is it translating?

I posted this song a while back but ended up recording a different version. Which I didn't like. So now I took elements from each recording and mix and blended them (even though they were done in different sample rates ). Finally it's sitting where I want it to. Kind of (!!).
Unfortuntaly my studio amp is broken so I did it all on cans.

Any feedback on how it's translating to your set up would be great.

Hey!

A tad hard to tell because the mp3 is kinda smearing...but here is what I hear.

Vocal is a tad to up front. The drums are almost non existent so I would bring them up along with the bass. Tonally everything sounds from what I can hear fine there. Just a balance issue IMO.

The song has potential I think the arrangement could be improved a bit - song seems kind of the same throughout with tiny element changes.

Hope that helps in some way.

Thanks csiking. Not sure what that smearing could be. I generated the MP3 direct as a mixdown from Cubase, not a wav converted. Thanks for the feedback. I still haven't managed to hear it on speakers yet!
