Thread Starter | Mix Critique - Hard Rock
Hello All, Just finished a rough mix. Would love some critique and advice from all of you. My immediate thoughts after listening for a bit: 1.) Drums too loud? (just kick too loud?) 2.) Vocals too quiet? I don't feel like I am getting the low end that I want. Any ideas to make this track slammin? How do you all think the overall balance is? Thanks! ***Kick, Snare, and Toms are drumagog'd, waiting for my Steven Slate drum samples to arrive, so for now I am using some free Andy Sneap gog files for these. Vox way too quiet and dull, same with snare, kick is a touch too loud. Toms are too quiet. Needs work, but cool song.
