WIP track, any opinions?!

Hi, I want to finish this track, maybe complete re-record any opinions on this mix though and how you see the track developing.

Sounds very Bright Eyes to me... Im not to sure if thats what your going for, but very reminiscent of some of his older stuff. Overall pretty good, there are a couple of hot places that are competing for frequency, but at 1:57 seconds I am not too sure if this is a full song?
Acoustic guitars are a bit bright on places, Did You double Pan or Position?

I wouldnt say rerecording is necessary just minor eq on certain areas and for this track I would definitely follow a simple

L C R panning rule
