Hey ya

Hello,

Just wanted to share some songs with you. Just long on to my site to the artists page and let me know what you think. Please give each artists page time to load the songs. The buttons will come up when the song is ready to play.

Thanks

Here is the direct link. Please wait for tracks to load. Just let me know what you think of them, and no you don't have to buy them, but I won't stop you !

???

Here's another link to look at. Is no one feeling this?? If you don't like it, why? I'm just seeking opinions on the music. What it's lacking, does it need something else, just looking optimizing his material for the future.

Thanks in advance,
Perry

Checked out "if I say". I dig the arrangement. Good, airy vocal sound. The synth guitar is a little cheesy to my ears. Just the sound, not the playing/programing. I would have gone with a rhodes or wurlitzer, but that's me. Good harmonies at the end. The lead vocal might be a little too far up front. Again, that might be a stylistic thing so, grain of salt. Needs bass. Sounds really nice overall man.

Thanks,

I was a little limited with the track to begin with. We had issues getting the midi to sync properly with my computer. The keyboardist had a motif 06, but didn't have a firm understanding of midi. Plus somehow Cubase had all of the midi filters toggled for some reason. Thanks for your input.

hey man its a nice mix overall... (if i say i love you)
i only got a little irritated with the hi hat after some time..
i think its just a little too loud... maybe some SMALL verb on it too?
harmonics are nice indeed but at one point somewhere in the middle they add up too much en get way too loud.. maybe temp. compressor on those..
all the best
