Justice, that shit is nice. Real nice. Here's my critique on the mix. Kick - I think a flatter, thumping kick would work better. 808 - turn it up Snare - little too loud Vocals - turn up slight bit Sample - sound great (is it a sample?) Bass - This is the 1 part I don't like. It sounds off pitch, or off key, or both. It distracts from the track. Keep it but rework it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- bknot1, your vocals are way off beat. Trip though, the beat sounds dancehall-ish. I actually think a dancehall remix would be hot. |

Thanks for the real talk J, I think everybody had to rush to get the remix done. everything you said is right on. i'm hoping they let me mix it again if I win! |
