| Gear maniac | Haven't sent anything to Mark... But I have the "Black One" album that he did from Sunn O))). There are some dynamic/sub bass things on there that made me wonder how he managed to get things hot and not crap things out. It's a obscenely oppressive/dark record so I don't suggest it for a typical sample of his work. But we used to use the same Neve transfer desks as Capitol at Lacquer Channel - so he must be cool! | Gear interested | Mark Chalecki (me) has just left Capitol Mastering and started his own room in Glassell Park, 90065, near the vibrant music scene of Silverlake, California. I can be contacted through mark@littleredbookmastering.com Thanks, Mark. |

| Gear interested | I hate mastering though. I just finished an album with a "big name" mastering guy and seems like he just bought a compressor because killed the dynamics and the snare desapear. My experience with Mark is that he is very responsable with the Dynamics |
