Any kind GS who wants to give me a hand?

Hi mastering guys. I don't use to visit this section a lot, but now I am looking for some help from one of you.

Today I finished a remix for a local band, and they want to get it released soon. Their budget has been 0 for this remix project, but since they are really close friends, and I like their music a lot, I did the remix for a veeeery low price.

Now I want to get it mastered before they release it, but as you might guess, budget is zero.

I can ask some local friends and someone will eventually master it, but first I wanted to try with you, dear Gearslutz.

If anyone can give me a hand with this I will appreciate it.

Thank you

you can find some inexpensive lads here,
mastering around 40$ or 25Uk, 27 EUR - it won't break your bank (or the band's)
it's a bottle of JD in tesco, here in UK
if there's 3 people in a band, that's break to 8 quid per head - 1 quid less then London's 1 day travel card, or 2 pints of lager in nice pub
if there's more people in a band - ....simply math
anyway I am sure if you put it in correct section like mastering/where to?
or jobs offered - you will receive dozens of dozens offers from chaps doing it for free...now if you asking about quality -
you simply get what you paid for

You didn't mention the genre, target loudness, some reference tracks as to what kind of sound they're looking for, and what kind of vibe, do they want the mix to stay as it is or do they want some coloring and so on. I can give it a try just for fun, it'll be ITB processing only - i own a bunch of analog gear but nothing worth mentioning.

Well put. I mean, it's like 1 track. Good mastering can make a heck of a difference.
