ME Needed for Language Learning Project

I've got a customer whose project involves 14 different languages recorded in 14 different locations using 14 different sets of *likely unknown* equipment. He hopes that all of the recordings can have a similar sound to them despite their different recording environments. (that's of course assuming they were recorded correctly, which probably won't be the case for all of them)

The recordings won't be put together into one project. Each language will be it's own project. Each language will have somewhere around 800 individual phrases and vocabulary that will need to be saved individually. It's possible for him to do this part himself to save on the cost.

Only one language has been fully recorded, so it's possible to have a listen to a sample of the other proposed languages to stop any problems before they happen.

If you're interested, please let me know what you would need at this stage to give a rough estimate of the project. I want to feed him some numbers so he can decide if he can go through with it financially. If he can, I'll just pass the case on to you. This here is just me trying to help him out.
