Mastering album for 350 $ ?????

Is anyone up to it? I have 17 electronic tracks that I want to be mastered, anyhow I need to hear a demo on 1 of my tracks to hear your mastering quality. Also, i'm still working on the tracks so it will take some time before i'm done. Deal?

John, don't be cynical..
Not everyone here got same facility, experience, and client base like yourself.
Do you remember when you started 10-20 years ago, (doesn't matter)
Did you charged your clients 3k$ at start ??
Come on, there are Lamborghini, Toyota and Fiat in this competitions too

I honestly had no intention of being cynical - I was stating an actual opinion. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he gets 50 or 60 responses. I was responding to Glissando implying that he won't get many responses because of his budget.

How I actually feel about this "cattle call" mentality going through the industry is for another thread...

Mastering rates are dropping and will drop by another third i expect. I'm actually very happy that i managed to increase my rates a bit over the last couple of years.

If the OP is smart, he'll send everyone a different song and have the album mastered for free!

sometimes on EDM if the music is yummi and mixed OK you can do 3 to 4 tracks in one hour ... it's silly to stare at your gear and wonder for 1 hour on every track ...

it depends all on the exp. of the engineer ... you'll have to find a balance between what's possible within a given budget and what you think is up to your standard of delivering a good master.

there are albums that run easy/smooth in 4 hours .. some take 20 or more ...
I don't run tracks for free, I'll have to have all tracks to give a good quote or accept the budget ...

or short periodic muted parts across the demo. Beeps can be removed with a spectral cleaner.

I meant nothing but beeps... silence, with a beep on it, or just silence, either way, yeah.
