Need mastering for 1min instrumental

I've got a tune I'm entering in the "Regis & Kelly" theme song contest and am thinking about having it mastered before I submit it. It's about 1 minute of instrumental music (kinda jazzy/groovy). It's in 24-bit/44.1KHz format.

Let me know:

1) If you can do this...

2) How much it would cost...

3) How long it would take...

As much as it pains me to say it, as long as it sounds reasonable I would just submit it, maybe add a little limiting yourself. For a 1 minute instrumental track I would wait to see if you get the gig before spending money, it's not going to make or break the deal.
