Thank You Airshow Mastering!

I posted a request here some weeks ago in respect to advice on where to have some of my humble acoustic fingerstyle songs mastered for my new CD. I received a number of helpful PMs and finally elected to take up David Glasser’s offer the master the record at Airshow Mastering.

The shipping of files back and forth across from Scotland to Colorado couldn’t have been smoother. The speed of response to my questions and suggestion for adjustments couldn’t be faulted. All that and courtesy too. The finished master delighted me in its clarity, honesty of stereo image, and sensitivity in the use of whichever tools David used (I didn’t presume to ask or second guess). My artistic vision with the CD, albeit simple almost to the point of naivety, was fully realized.

The reference CD has been scrutinized and the master and artwork dispatched to the replication plant. All that’s left for me is to await with anticipation a few boxes of the shrink-wrapped CDs from the replicator, hopefully in time to catch some late Christmas shoppers looking for stocking fillers!

Thanks, David. thumbsup

David's a good choice for that style, and simply a nice human being. Glad to hear the suggestions from this board were helpful, and that David rocked the job. Good luck with the project!
