Paying Client - Need ME for 3-4 Song Project.. step inside

Having utilized the services of a couple ME's I originally found through gearslutz, I thought it appropriate to return to this site in search of an engineer for my next project. I have 3-4 or songs (rap genre) with various incarnations (instrumental, TV, radio edit, etc) that will need to be mastered.

As I've done in the past, I would like to have one song auditioned to aid in the selection process of an engineer for this project. The 24 bit, 2 track mix of that song can be downloaded here:

POINT EM OUT2_NEWEST.wav - 61.13MB (there should be a link above the stream labeled 'Download this File')

Why should you participate? You may potentially earn a new customer by doing so.

As stated, I am a paying client and am not looking for any hand outs. Feel free to protect your interests by limiting your auditioned track to one verse and chorus, if you deem it necessary.

Normally, I would approach a couple guys on an individual basis. But I'm hoping this dragnet catches the interest of those who I may have overlooked for whatever reason.

Please e-mail your mastered rendition of the song, your rates and any questions you may have to drewdude.dmv@gmail.com. Feel free to post a link in this thread, as well. I will check back frequently for updates.

Thx!

Re:

How's it going this is Julian from Metroplex Mastering in Dallas, TX. Call me crazy but I think you are all set, unless you ar etrying to play the loudness game which is futile anyway. I like the mix, the level is good, and depending on how the rest of the album sounds I think with a quick fade out at the end of the song, you will be just fine. Just my opinion.

Best,

Julian

Got what you came for, drewDude?

I got some time tomorrow and could give it a shot but there's no point if you already found someone you're happy with.(?)

I am just now catching up on all the submissions.. this holiday and family obligations got the best of me.

I have narrowed my choices down, but if anyone else is still interested in submitting a sample please feel free to do so: drewdude.dmv@gmail.com

Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to work up a draft. I'll be touching base with you shortly.
