Question Suggestions for vinyl mastering / pressing / duplication in the UK

Hello,

I am looking to get a two songs of mine pressed to either side of a 7".
I'm wanting to get 100 copies made.
Each track is under 5 minutes long, I would say the style/genre is kinda post-rock, tinged with industrial.. think Nine Inch Nails crossed with Mono
The pieces are quite dynamic..building up to crescendos etc..
I don't give a fcuk about the loudness war..its all about the dynamics for me. Can anyone recommend anywhere/anyone in the UK who could make this possible, who has experience with putting this kinda sound onto vinyl?

I bounced the mixes of each down a while back...i have just opened both in wavelab to check their peak levels and one peaks at -0.922 dB, and the other at -0.588 dB ..
kicking myself a bit now..! especially because i no longer have many of the plugins installed that i used when mixing the tunes, so it's not like i can go back and lower the overall output :(
i've done a fair bit of mastering for CD, and i've recently been reading up about preparing mixes for vinyl, so i will be checking the phase, lower frequencies, and making sure nothing jumps out/de-ess if need be etc..
so..when i do this, is it ok to bring the level down at this point to have each song peak around -6dB (ive heard this is a good workable level..?) or can i afford to push it up to around -2/3dB seeing that im only having one song per side of the vinyl?

thanks people

My tips for mixing for vinyl are at Tips for Mixing for Vinyl Records

Anyway - one of the points is that the peak levels you set digitally on your pre-master doesn't effect the levels on the vinyl - the cutting engineer will set these himself.

Anywhere below say -0.3dBFs is fine for a digital peak level on your pre-master as long as none of the wave forms are clipping. A -6dBFs maximum peak level works fine as well.

A few excellent vinyl mastering studios in UK are:
The Exchange - The Exchange Mastering Studios
Heathmans - Heathmans Mastering Online
Abbey Road - Abbey Road Studios

some European pressing plants:

I would suggest: Don't worry about de-essing, elliptical equalizing (or, equalising, as you brits say...) or other pre-vinyl processing. Whoever cuts the lacquer should take care of that for you, and likely has better tools to do so.
