Looking for Mastering House/Engineer who is familiar with world music

Hello all,
I'm a producer/manager in Baykus Music which is a record label in Turkey. We produce world, folk and ethnic music mostly. We are looking for a mastering enginner for our productions. The ME we are looking for should be able to internalize our labels work, be familiar with ethnic instruments/styles and have a vision in world music. So he/she can take the mix's to the next level.
As a feuture projection we want to have one ME which we regularly work with for our productions. So we will be confident that he/she knows what we have in mind and puts his/her talent to push it further.
And we would like to pay a fixed amount of money per cd..

I can supply some mp3's of our productions to make myself clear about the musical line we are after creating.

Rough times do not justify shameless plugs at all costs with no attention to detail whatsoever (unless you still live in 2007) and in a sub-forum that was created to keep the main one clean and that should be populated by people who actually contribute at least a little to the main forum discussions.
Just a reminder.

Too funny!

IMHO, I don't know if I would trust an ME that doesn't notice the post date. Something about details. LOL!

And this is why all my mastering gear have been retro-fitted with Flux capacitors. Watch what happens when I hit 88 SPL. Great Scott!!!!!!!!!
