tracking room?

wasn't sure where to put this...so........

I am looking for a place to track in the southeast. I am looking for somewhere specifically with

-a 2" 16-track
-a vintage discrete console (neve or api)
-1/2" mixdown
-an awesome sounding room
-really nice people (no ****** bags or morons!) who are willing to help us get the sound that we want, not the sound they think we should have.

I am hoping this place will be in or around florida or georgia. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Plenty of cool Atlanta rooms to track in, but I'm not sure about a 2" 16 track. Jim Zumpano at Eclipse Audio Rentals would know where to find one if it can be had. Some good tracking rooms in ATL include Southern Tracks, Tree, Sonica, and others.
