Channel Path Patch

Without a patchbay in front of me, I'm having a hard time with this. Can anyone help detail a channel path patch (channel/bus to tape) between a compressor/limiter and the patch-bay? Thanks!

Top ch 1- source from daw, mixer etc
Bottom ch 1 - comp/lim input
Top ch 2 - comp/lim output
Bottom ch 2 - return to daw, mixer, etc

That's the way I'd do it anyway - you can set it up any way you like.
