Audio-technica turntable-based, balanced record-cleaning brush?

Does anybody know anything about this little piece of equipment (part #, directions for use, etc.)? It looks like it's supposed to sit alongside your turntable, and be placed on the record, to clean whilst spinning (during play?). I can't find anything on it. Any info appreciated!
