all i am seeing are the negatives

what convinces me to give you money
to cover your sessions
not use the gear that i want
take orders from a boss/senior partner
not have the fun of doing my own studio my way

if you are established
you may need some workers
but you should pay them not get money from them

you dont need an investor to help you with sessions

sounds like there are some things you didnt tell us
cash flow problems?
not getting enough biz even though "established"
