Thread Starter | Co-writer contract
I was wondering if anyone can help: I have co-written/produced a bunch of tracks for my album and need to draw up a basic contract for a 50/50 spit of all profits on the tracks we have worked on together. I was just wondering if anyone has a template or knows where I could find one? |

This is probably not the best legal advise you can get, but why not just write your terms on a piece of paper. Sign it, date it, write down the location of the signing and send it to the copyright office in washington. Don't forget to include the cd with the tracks. Also make sure you are the person to drop the package in the mail, and preferably with everybody involved.
